Request: ISO dressmaker

I have a beautiful yellow Eman costume that needs some work done. I would like to add material so that it can change from a two piece to a dress. I have the material. I just need someone in the Albuquerque area who is willing to work on it. It is my favorite costume and I don't want to get rit of it just change it so it compliments my figure.
