I bought a bad ass 02 America from them and have recieved nothing but the best service and support from them. The parts dept and sales staff are top notch. I would definately buy another bike from them. The service dept actually has a dyno and the latest tools as well as seasoned mechs to take on even the most exotic custom tweaks you could dream up for youre bike. - Matt , posted 12/15/08 |

I just picked up a pair of Triumph Sympatex Speedking gloves. Well, picked up isn't really the word for it. I called every Triumph shop in the Bay Area to no avail, and then wound up finding them online at PJ's Triumph in Albuquerque, NM, and then called to ask Steve, the incredibly friendly and helpful parts guy, about fit. We tried ladies small (did I mention these gloves come in women's sizes?), and for the first time in my life, I had to send a glove back because it was too small! They exchanged them out for ladies medium, no further shipping charges or return authorization nonsense, and I am one happy camper.... and an update - turns out the gloves sucked. 2 pairs in a row blew the exact same seam.
