Details:
This national web-services company is searching for 5-6 new members for their at-home customer service team. You would work from your home office, equipped with a computer, internet access and land-line telephone. Calls will be routed to your home phone from customers calling the 24/7 support line. You will take information from the customer including their contact details and reason for calling. For basic customer inquiries, such as password changes, email updates, new customer orientation, etc, you will be provided with scripted information to read to customer.
For more complicated issues, you will process a 'support ticket' so that someone from the appropriate department (technical support, billing, etc.) can call the customer back to resolve the issue.
Compensation is hourly. Each shift is 8 hours long. Currently we have openings for the 8am-4pm shift and the midnight - 8am shift. Additional compensation details, including shift differentials and performance bonuses, will be discussed during your interview.
